Information stored on your device

Your promotion target, study progress, practice-question allowance, calculator inputs, preferences, and saved ribbon rack are stored locally using Apple-provided storage. We do not receive this local study data unless you intentionally include it in a support request.

Analytics information

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand app launches, screen visits, feature use, study answers, exam completion, audio use, subscription events, restores, review-prompt milestones, and errors. Firebase may process:

• app-instance and device identifiers;
• device, operating-system, app-version, and language information;
• approximate location derived from network information;
• product interaction and other app-usage data; and
• subscription product identifiers and entitlement-related events.

We use this information for analytics and app functionality. We do not use it for third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale. Analytics information is not linked by us to a named user account.

Purchases

Apple processes GuidePro purchases, subscription management, and payment information. The app receives product identifiers, entitlement status, and transaction-verification results. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.

Referral program

If you use the referral program, we create a random installation identifier, a device-authentication secret, and an eight-character referral code. We process referral attribution, the time a code was attached, reward status, and limited App Store transaction-verification information needed to confirm a qualifying subscription. We do not receive complete payment-card details.

Raw App Store receipt data is used only to verify eligibility and is not retained by the referral service. We retain a one-way transaction fingerprint to prevent the same purchase from qualifying more than once. Referral records are used for app functionality, fraud prevention, and delivery of a store-issued reward.

Support communications

If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to provide. We use it to answer your request and maintain reasonable service records. Do not send classified, controlled, medical, or other sensitive information.

Children

Airmen GuidePro is intended for military professional-development and promotion study. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and contact

You can stop future analytics collection by uninstalling the app. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data, subject to Apple device-backup behavior. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email support@lawenforcementsolutions.pro .

Changes

We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
