Include the CarryRoute version, device and OS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not email firearm serial numbers, full dates of birth, permit images, or unnecessary route addresses.

Before contacting support

For purchases, open Profile & Settings and use Restore Purchases.
For alerts, confirm Notifications and Location permissions in iOS or Android system settings.
For a route issue, recalculate while online and note the affected jurisdiction names.
For an official-source correction, include the government URL and section that changed.
