Apple standard terms

Your license to use the iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplemented by the terms below.

Routes and boundaries

Map routes, transition points, jurisdiction outlines, alerts, research summaries, and citations may contain provider, government-data, GPS, geocoding, monitoring, or processing errors. Property, tribal, federal, transit, and sensitive-place boundaries may overlap ordinary state, county, and municipal geography. Do not treat a route color, alert, summary, or missing reference as permission, prohibition, or a complete statement of law.

Subscriptions

CarryRoute Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered through Apple. The App Store purchase sheet displays the price and billing period for your storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel it in App Store account settings. Paid access follows Apple’s verified entitlement record.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass its security, scrape it at a disruptive rate, redistribute its datasets as a competing product, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights.

Availability

The service may change, suspend, or remove features and sources to correct errors, respond to legal changes, protect users, or maintain reliability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular legal outcome.
